A chartered member of the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH), Adel holds a master’s degree in occupational safety and health to go along with his strong engineering background. From an early career as a pipeline engineer working offshore, Adel moved on to focus on organisational development, leadership and worker welfare. He has led teams that have developed exceptional safety cultures in numerous multinational organizations.
Carina is a achievement-oriented professional with strong background in operations management, business analysis, risk
management, and higher education management. Proven track record of managing complex projects while implementing
Analytical thinker and effective communicator relaying complex information in easily
understood language. Provide high-level skills in problem solving, organization, and business process modeling. Strong

Adel Lawson, CMIOSH
Doug trained as a Mechanical Engineer and over the course of his career held various senior positions in companies delivering projects in the water and infrastructure sector before he decided to make the career change into Behavioural Consultancy. He brings experience as a business manager and leader to the any project. An attribute which allows him to think strategically and bring people together.
He has worked with high profile companies and project teams to deliver measurable behavioural change and improved results. Furthermore, he has developed partnerships with other companies to enhance the way behaviours can be changed through technology and systems.
David is an experienced senior executive with a comprehensive track record for delivery within a wide range of organisational and business environments. With board level experience and extensive knowledge in the application of programme, project, risk, business improvement and safety management tools, David has the ability to deploy these skills rapidly to tackle complex organisational challenges and opportunities.
David has wide ranging capabilities including industrial relations negotiations and the management of Human Resources and has experience in the development and implementation of core business processes, including compliance auditing, business risk management, project management and health and safety management, all of these have resulted in innovative system based solutions which are simple, easy to deploy and effective.
