The leaders of most companies already have enough to do managing their core business activities. Demoura Lawson Consulting's function is to manage and change workplace health and safety dynamics for the better. It's a full-time job — which is why it's the only thing we do.
Occupational health and safety used to be something of a backwater: barriers in place, hard hats issued, signs warning of hazards ahead. It isn't like that anymore. We bring a focus on employee wellbeing and worker welfare in a way that is unique and fully sustainable within an organisation's overall safe-work strategies. We do not believe in just ticking the HSE boxes.

A Chartered Fellow of IOSH with over 20 years' experience across oil and gas, aviation, construction, facilities management and manufacturing. Adel holds a master's in occupational safety and health alongside a strong engineering background, and has led cross-functional teams that built exceptional, sustainable safety cultures for multinational organisations.

An achievement-oriented professional with a strong background in operations management, business analysis, risk management and higher education. An analytical thinker and clear communicator, Carina translates complex information into practical action and brings high-level skills in problem solving, compliance and business process modelling to fast-paced environments.

With over 15 years in commercial strategy and client engagement, Jasna drives Demoura Lawson Consulting's regional growth across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. She leads business development alongside international awarding bodies, acting as the central link between clients, consultants and instructors to ensure every programme is delivered to the highest standards of compliance and quality.

With over 30 years of experience spanning technology, management science and digital innovation, Dr. Paul Robinson leads the technical development of Acumen Software. Holding a PhD from Lancaster University, he combines academic expertise with extensive experience developing intelligent HSE and operational systems. His work focuses on applying data, AI and predictive technologies to create safer, smarter and more sustainable organisations.

Project Manager and HSE Consultant
A Project Manager and HSE Consultant with experience across the energy, construction, industrial, retail and corporate sectors. Ryan holds a BCom Honours in Risk Management and brings extensive HSE consulting experience across risk management, compliance auditing, management systems and training. His approach combines structured project management with analytical thinking to turn complex requirements into sustainable solutions.
