ISO 45001 is the first global standard for occupational health and safety management systems, replacing OHSAS 18001. The PECB Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor training course assists in the development of the skills required to conduct occupational health and safety management system (OH&S MS) audits by applying widely accepted auditing principles, procedures, and methods.
This training course has been designed to emphasise the significance of conducting an effective audit. It enhances your ability to plan and execute an OH&S MS audit in accordance with the guidelines for auditing management systems outlined in ISO 19011 and the certification process outlined in ISO/IEC 17024-1.
The exercises provided for this training course are intended to help you practise the most crucial aspects of an OH&S MS audit: ISO 45001 requirements, auditing principles, tools and techniques used to obtain evidence, leading a team of auditors, conducting interviews with auditees, reviewing documented information, drafting nonconformity reports, and preparing the final audit report.
Following the successful completion of the instruction course is an examination. You can register for the "PECB Certified ISO 45001 Lead Auditor" credential if you pass the exam. An internationally recognised and IAS-accredited "PECB ISO 45001 Lead Auditor" certificate validates your professional abilities and demonstrates your capacity to audit an OH&S management system based on ISO 45001.
